Terms and Conditions


  • No food or drink allowed in the studio (only water bottles).
  • No chewing gum on the premises
  • No smoking on the premises
  • No alcohol to be brought onto the premises
  • No mobile usage during class
  • No running, ball or sports equipment in the studio


  • Students must be punctual to class.
  • Regular attendance is expected for students to keep up with the syllabus.
  • Personal equipment to be kept in a tidy manner.
  • Remove personal belongings at the end of each lesson. Lost property will be kept at reception and will be given to charity if not claimed by the end of the term.
  • No touching sound equipment or mirrors at any time.
  • No running or contact games.
  • All students must wear the Notorious Dance Company t-shirt, comfortable bottoms and appropriate footwear to class.


  • Children are to be collected after class.
  • Visiting children are not to be left unsupervised.
  • Be mindful of children when entering or exiting the premises
  • Check studio notice board and emails regularly for updates and information.
  • Parents are allowed to observe lesson without causing disruption
  • Refrain from using mobiles if observing a lesson.


  • All fees are payable strictly in advance prior to the term commencing to secure a place.
  • Automatic payment option available with prior approval only.
  • Family discount - if two or more family members are enrolled in a term, a 15% discount is applied to the subsequent classes (*discount applies to classes that are of equal or lesser value and excludes private lessons).
  • A 15% discount is applied any subsequent classes that a student is enrolled into in that same term  (*discount applies to classes that are of equal or lesser value and excludes private lessons & crew fees). 
  • Where fees remain overdue, a 10% fee will be added to the overall outstanding amount.
  • Statutory holidays are observed and fees have been calculated over the current year.
  • There are no make up classes or refunds where classes fall on a statutory holiday.
  • No refunds given for missed classes.
  • There will be no refund if a student leaves a class after the first three weeks of the term.
  • Changing classes will not incur any additional fees unless there is a discrepancy in the term fees.
  • Enrolments into the next term will not be processed if there is an outstanding balance on an account from a previous term.


  • Crews, troupes and Elite class students are by audition or invite only.
  • Crews and troupes may be required for extra weekend or holiday rehearsals.
  • All crew members must attend the Elite class.


  • Videos or images of students may be used for promotional purposes.


  • All pricing and programmes are subject to change.
  • Parents will need to sign children in and out.
  • Only persons named on the application will be allowed to collect a child.
  • All fees should be paid in full and before 9am on the day of care.
  • Please notify us before 9am if your child will not be attending the programme.
  • We require at least 7 days notice if your child will not be attending the programme. A $40 admin fee will be payable.
  • We have a zero tolerance for bullying and we reserve the right to refuse entry into the programme.
